About the course:
Chocolate is almost the only food that is solid at room temperature and melt immediately in your mouth. We love chocolate bonbons! They are smooth, crunchy, runny, flavored… What better gift than a chocolate box? And what if you could master your own?
In this class we will go over different types of recipes and learn how to take ownership and adapt the recipes to your own taste.

- Ganache truffle
- Nut praline bonbons
- Runny caramel truffle
- tempering
- Enrobing
With the help of our Chef, you’ll perform all the steps and at the end of the course, you will take your creations back home.
