Chocolate Class - Level1

Chocolate is one of the trickiest but also prettiest food material you can use to impress your guests.
In this class, we’re going to go over all the bases of mastering chocolate, starting by the mysterious tempering process. We will look at different tempering techniques and make sure each student will acquire the knowledge to be able to master the technique at home.
Once your chocolate is tempered we will use it to craft all kinds of decorations that you’ll be happy to use as a cake garnish as well as building a nice chocolate flower

With the help of our Chef, you’ll perform all the steps and at the end of the course, you will take your creations back home.
Our recommendation is that our students first take our Level 1 Chocolate Class followed by the Level 2 Chocolate Class. The Level 1 Chocolate class will equip you with the basics of chocolate making giving you detailed information about chocolate, fundamental techniques and tempering.
This will allow you to be more prepared for the Level 2 Chocolate Class which will focus on the more intricate details of chocolate creation.
However you are welcome to book on for either Level 1 or Level 2 of the Chocolate Class, depending on your own individual skill sets and cooking abilities.
