Le Cassis is proud to be Vancouver’s latest and chicest cookery school! Located in Vancouver’s Yaletown, we are centrally situated to be able to teach people how to master a wide range of cuisines and skills.
Our hands-on cooking classes are delivered by professional Chef Hoda Shonghi who has undertaken training at Le Cordon Bleu, world-class culinary school , and has a wealth of experience to share. Learn to cook internationally inspired cuisine as well as seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as creating intricate French pastries.
